MANUEL ANTONIO SURF LESSONS

Prepare to be captivated by our waves... we proudly boast one of the most stunning and premier surfing spots along the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica.

The lesson begins with a convenient hotel pick-up, followed by arrival at the beach where instructors lead a warm-up session, including stretching exercises an a small safety briefing that covers basic surf safety instructions and demonstrating key surf positions and proper posture.

Once we have received the instructions we are ready to enter the water and start catching waves. Throughout the lesson, there are scheduled breaks during which fresh fruit and drinks are served. During these breaks, each instructor provides individualized feedback to their students, offering valuable insights to enhance their skills. 

We welcome all levels of students from beginner to intermediate to our Manuel Antonio surf lessons on Quepos, Costa Rica.
