This is a low impact exercise that combines balance, strength and endurance. Experience the exhilaration of Stand Up Paddling! For good reason, stand-up paddleboarding, or SUP, is the fastest-growing water activity in the world; it's a lot of fun and quite simple to master.

Our staff of instructors, who are without a doubt the nicest and most knowledgeable in the Central Costa Rica Region, leads the Academy Surf School sessions. We'll supply you a stand-up paddleboard, a paddle, and the kind, patient, and knowledgeable tuition you need to quickly develop a love for the sport.

​The class will paddle a beautiful Costa Rica beach while taking in the breathtaking scenery and native fauna. Everything you need to know will be covered, including turning, good stance, and paddling technique.

Experienced lifeguards, surfers and athletes, make up our staff. Providing the greatest customer service both inside and outside the water is important to us. Your enjoyment and safety are our top priorities.
