Our expedition begins with transportation from San Jose area to the Doka Coffee Estate for an unforgettable coffee tour amidst an actual coffee plantation. 

Here, you'll discover the ancient techniques employed by experts to produce some of the finest coffee in Costa Rica and beyond. From the meticulous process of cultivation to harvesting and roasting the Golden Bean, you'll also have the opportunity to savor the exquisite final product.

Following our exploration, we'll indulge in an amazing lunch at Hacienda Doka.

After lunch, our journey continues. We'll embark on a scenic drive to the Poas Volcano National Park, where there is a noticeable change in temperature and the lush vegetation.

The Poas Volcano stands as an active 2,708-meter (8,885 ft) stratovolcano. A guided walk will lead us to the crater viewpoint, offering a mesmerizing sight of this mile-wide crater, plunging 1050 feet deep. Take your time to marvel at the impressive main crater adorned with sulfur fumaroles.
