JUNGLE NIGHT WALK

Costa Rica is renowned worldwide for its abundant wildlife. Yet, many species remain elusive during the daylight hours, emerging only in the early evening to forage for food.

Experience the magic of the rainforest come to life under the cover of night on our unforgettable tour.

Join us on our captivating night tour at Rainmaker Park, just 30 minutes away from the Manuel Antonio Park area. The trails here are easily accessible, offering ideal conditions for encountering a diverse array of wildlife, including amphibians, reptiles, mammals, birds, insects, and more.

Notably, Rainmaker Park is home to the remarkable reappearance of the nearly extinct harlequin frog, making it a significant site for research and scientific studies by herpetologists worldwide.

This night walk takes about 2 hours to 2 1/2 hours and is led by a professional and expert certified guide. During the expedition, you may see bats, Jesus Christ lizard, spiders, owls, high varieties of frogs, snakes and many interesting insects.

Our night tour does not take place within Manuel Antonio Park itself, as the park closes completely after 4:00 PM in accordance with Costa Rica's constitutional protection laws. Additionally, since Manuel Antonio Park is not a rainforest habitat, nocturnal wildlife activity is limited. Therefore, Rainmaker Park stands out as the premier destination for your nature night trip, offering an abundance of wildlife experiences in its lush rainforest habitat.
